What You'll Be Responsible For: Produce regular operational and business performance reporting, including analysis, insights and recommendations.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data analysis, scenario modelling and performance tracking.
Develop and enhance automated reporting frameworks, dashboards and business intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI.
Analyse business performance, profitability and key operational metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate data into actionable insights and support decision-making.
Deliver ad hoc analysis, reporting and modelling to address business challenges and opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, analytics and data management processes.
What You Bring: 2-3 years experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial analysis, finance or a similar data-driven role.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
