Join an iconic global retail brand as a Talent HR Coordinator, supporting a busy and fast-paced People Talent function across both corporate and retail hiring.
This is a hands-on chance for someone who enjoys variety, can pick things up quickly and is happy to jump in and get involved wherever needed.
With the contract running through to at least the end of January, there is also potential for this opportunity to extend beyond.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to take recruitment briefs and understand hiring requirements Manage recruitment activity across both corporate and high-volume retail roles Write and post job advertisements Source, screen and interview candidates Manage stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process Coordinate offers, contracts and onboarding Support with general HR administration and employee enquiries as required About You: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition,



Recruitment or HR Comfortable working across multiple vacancies in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Retail or similar high-volume industry experience will be highly regarded A quick learner who is happy to pick things up and get across new processes quickly A self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and willing to jump in where needed Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Available to start immediately or at short notice What's on Offer: Contract through to at least the end of January, with potential to extend $55–$60 per hour + super Fantastic Sydney CBD location Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to join an iconic, global retail brand Exposure across both corporate and retail recruitment, as well as broader HR activities
