We are seeking a passionate and resilient Registered Nurse to join a well-established multidisciplinary healthcare team delivering primary health care, chronic disease management, and emergency services within a remote Aboriginal community in Western Australia.

Delivering high-quality primary health care services Conducting health assessments and care planning Supporting chronic disease management programs Completing Adult and Children's Health Checks Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments Providing health education and preventative health initiatives Maintaining accurate clinical documentation within Communicare Participating in emergency response and after-hours clinical services Coordinating patient transfers and RFDS evacuations when required Supporting and mentoring Aboriginal Health Practitioners Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Current Australian Driver's Licence Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills Experience working autonomously in remote, rural, or primary healthcare settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine commitment to culturally safe healthcare delivery Ability to work effectively within a small multidisciplinary team National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) Highly Regarded Previous remote area nursing experience Aboriginal health experience Experience using Communicare Current ALS and Paediatric Life Support certification Pharmacotherapeutics qualification Chronic disease management experience Interested?
