Manufacturing Purchasing / Procurement NSW Other Permanent / Full Time 28/8/2026 Full-time Procurement Manager Opportunity Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations and commercial pricing Illawarra Based Opportuntiy An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and client quotations within a growing business.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll work closely with suppliers, sales and operations to secure competitive pricing, improve procurement outcomes and support profitable customer proposals.
The Role Source, assess and appoint suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and service Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and delivery schedules Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and approved vendor networks Prepare accurate, competitive client quotations and cost estimates Analyse supplier pricing and identify opportunities to improve margins Partner with sales and operations on customer proposals and commercial outcomes Monitor supplier performance,



resolve issues and maintain service standards Identify cost-saving initiatives and opportunities to improve procurement processes About You 3+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing or a related commercial environment Qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms Confidence preparing quotations, cost estimates and pricing recommendations Robust commercial awareness and financial acumen Analytical, solutions-focused and confident working through complex issues Strong relationship-building, organisation and attention to detail This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining procurement, supplier negotiation and commercial decision-making, with scope to grow as the business continues to develop.
