The Role: Own build on the People function from the ground up Partner with Retail Managers and Senior Leaders across performance, ER, culture and people matters Lead the implementation of a new HRIS and improve existing People processes and systems Oversee key compliance areas including employment legislation, visas, WHS and return-to-work Drive practical People initiatives across engagement, development,
