About the position
Lead, develop and manage the state-wide NSW School Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBAT) program and associated vocational education and training (VET) reforms aimed at strengthening secondary education pathways,



post-school apprenticeship and traineeship (A&T;) pathways, lifting participation in, and achievement of the Educational Pathways Program's (EPP) SBAT Engagement initiative in public schools with secondary enrolments.
This includes oversighting governance and evaluation processes of the SBAT program, and the EPP SBAT initiative to ensure value for money and optimal outcomes are achieved in line with departmental and Government priorities and objectives.
