Key responsibilities include: Providing strategic leadership and management of the English Faculty Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative English programs across Years 7–12 Driving excellence in teaching, learning, and academic outcomes Mentoring and supporting faculty staff through coaching, collaboration, and professional development Overseeing curriculum planning, assessment, reporting, and compliance requirements Analysing student performance data to inform teaching practice and continuous improvement Promoting a culture of high expectations, intellectual curiosity,
