We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to add to the fold, someone who can complement our existing team with their knowledge and expertise.
What you'll be doing: As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement and post-placement follow-up.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business development and account growth.
Conducting candidate interviews,



reference checks and suitability assessments to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
Sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and proactive talent pooling.
Preparing and presenting shortlists, market insights and recruitment recommendations to clients.
Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to successful placement.
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within our CRM and recruitment systems.
Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture and workforce requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent phone manner.
Top-tier written communication skills.
