We are seeking an experienced IT Services Team Leader to lead our Service Centre and Deployment teams in Banyo.
This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across device repairs, staging, imaging, configuration, deployments, rollouts, and asset lifecycle services.
You'll lead a team of technicians,



drive operational excellence, and ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, coach and develop Service Centre and Deployment Technicians to achieve operational objectives Coordinate daily workloads across repairs, staging, imaging, configuration and deployment activities.
Allocate resources and manage priorities to meet customer deadlines and service expectations.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational, technical, scheduling and process-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Logistics, Warehouse and Service Delivery teams.
What you'll bring?
Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Operations leadership role.
Experience leading teams in a quick-paced operational, technical, service centre or logistics environment.
Solid leadership, coaching and people management capability.
Experience working with IT equipment, device lifecycle services, deployment operations or technical processes.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and process compliance.
What else do you need to apply?
Travel on-site to our office in Banyo.
Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
