Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director to join its growing professional services team based in Melbourne.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career, offering a salary of $130,000–$150,000 + superannuation + bonus.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a client portfolio, lead and mentor a team, contribute to business growth, and work closely with Directors.

What you'll be doing: Managing and developing a portfolio of business and individual clients Providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and management reports Providing strategic advice across taxation, business structures, cash flow and budgeting Managing client engagements, workflow, deadlines and quality standards Leading, mentoring and developing accounting staff Supporting recruitment and team development Working with Directors on strategic and operational matters Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities What you'll need:
