Davidson is proudly partnering with Sleepy's to appoint a sales-driven Store Manager who loves being on the floor, developing people and delivering results.
About the role This is not a back-office management role.
You'll be an active salesperson who leads by example – building rapport, asking great questions and understanding what the customer really needs before recommending a solution.
You'll also coach your team to do the same.
You will: Lead from the floor and personally contribute to sales.
Coach and develop your team through real customer interactions.
Build exceptional product knowledge and create genuine sleep experts.
Drive sales, conversion, margin and customer experience.
Create a positive, team-first culture where success is shared.
Take ownership of store presentation, merchandising and performance.
Identify opportunities to continually improve the customer journey.
Build relationships within the local community to generate new opportunities.
About you Above everything else, you genuinely enjoy selling .
You're commercially hungry but humble, naturally curious about people and confident asking questions to uncover what a customer really needs.

Your background could be in bedding, furniture, jewellery, automotive, real estate, health, wellness, premium retail or another consultative sales environment .
We can teach you mattresses and sleep products.
What we're looking for is the sales instinct, curiosity, empathy and leadership capability that are much harder to teach.
