About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Hand-Forklift Operator to join the team in Coburg North on a casual ongoing basis, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
This is a varied, hands-on position involving forklift operation, picking and packing, assembly, labouring and general manufacturing duties.




Key Responsibilities Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts Picking and packing orders Loading and unloading materials Moving steel products and materials around the factory General factory and labouring duties Assembly work Batch testing Operating a walkie stacker Maintaining a clean and safe work environment About You Current Forklift Licence (essential - must have) Counterbalance forklift experience (essential - must have) High-reach forklift experience (essential - must have) Previous factory, warehouse or manufacturing experience Trade background or mechanical aptitude highly regarded Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Reliable, punctual and hardworking Strong safety focus What's on Offer?
