We're seeking a Behaviour Support Area Manager to lead, mentor and support a growing team of Behaviour Support Practitioners while maintaining a small clinical caseload.

About the Role As the Behaviour Support Area Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services while driving team performance, engagement and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor and support a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners Provide coaching, supervision and professional development Support clinicians to achieve high-quality client outcomes Maintain clinical governance and best practice standards Assist with workforce planning, performance management and staff development Foster a positive, collaborative team culture Manage a reduced clinical caseload, including complex cases where required Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders About You To be successful you will have:
