Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the team through an exciting period of growth and system transition.
This is a high-volume warehouse dealing with thousands of unique products, so it's a step up in complexity from your average pick-and-pack environment.
What's on offer?
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm or 8.00am - 4.30pm OT offered during peak periods Growth and development opportunities Torrensville location, parking on site What You'll Be Doing Managing day-to-day warehouse tasks, staff rostering,



and daily operations Leading and delegating to a small team including permanent and casual/floating staff Supporting junior staff with training and adhoc guidance Managing freight and returns processes Helping shape and refine warehouse processes as the business embraces its new systems Daily hands-on warehouse operations What We're Looking For Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with complex or high-value stock Some leadership or supervisory experience Confident delegating and guiding a team, while still happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in Solid computer literacy Good attention to detail and a process-driven mindset Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30kg Current valid forklift licence If this sounds like you, then APPLY NOW !
