Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law;

Provide updates/training/legal education to partners/lawyers;

Conduct file audits/matter reviews;

Create+update precedents and firm's knowledge repositories/intranet/internet;

Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms., * Refreshing 'new dimension'- fully use your lawyering skills/knowledge+be at the cutting-edge of new legal developments to service other lawyers;

About the Candidate
n
n
Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum 5+ years' experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
n
have solid legal drafting skills+ high attention to detail;
n
have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
n
are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path.
