Job Description
Egis is seeking a Legal Counsel or Law Clerk to join the Legal, Ethics & Compliance team servicing Australian and Recent Zealand projects. You will provide legal support across contract reviews, compliance and risk management, reviewing design and construction contracts, subcontract agreements, software licensing and SaaS contracts, and training on legal issues.
