Project Manager
and lead their next generation of game-changing builds.
The Role
Project Manager joining a well established team delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects.
You will forecast and manage project budgets
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts
Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the
Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).




A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.

$180,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right person) - Experience based salary banding
