Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Full-time Rental Sales Officers to join our Moorooka team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
n
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
n
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
n

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales

Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
