Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to co-lead our vibrant, fast-paced café. We have been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all‐day breakfast, lunch, coffee and crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.

Key responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop our high-performing team
n
Assist to manage daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitment
n
Maintain high-quality food, coffee, and service standards
n
An all-rounder who is willing to learn all parts of the business inc. FOH, kitchen & management
n
Contribute to process improvements and menu innovation
n
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control
n

About you

Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced café
n
Strong coffee knowledge and service focus
n
Knowledge and passion for food and beverage
n
Robust work ethic, excellent communication and team development skills
n
Maturity and initiative to help manage the venue
n
Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
n
