As Director, you will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to strengthen project governance, enterprise change, and organisational decision‐making. The role provides strategic advice, drives governance maturity and continuous improvement, and leads a small team to deliver consistent project management standards aligned with organisational priorities.
The key duties of the position include:
Lead and coach a small team to deliver project management standards and build capability.
Provide expert advice on project governance, assurance, and delivery approaches.
Oversee project documentation, governance processes, and decision‐making frameworks.
Support key governance forums through high‐quality secretariat and governance services.
Design and continuously improve agency‐wide governance and project management frameworks.
Drive governance maturity, change initiatives, and AI‐enabled improvements across Corporate Services.
Build robust stakeholder partnerships and deliver effective change management outcomes.
Demonstrate sound judgement, leadership, communication, and adaptability in a changing environment.

Highly developed communication skills, with experience preparing high‐quality briefs, papers,



minutes, and governance documentation.
Proven leadership capability, including coaching, developing, and fostering an inclusive team culture.
Sound judgement, risk management, prioritisation, and delivery skills in fast‐paced environments.
Strong technical aptitude, including experience with enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne, Atlassian, and Microsoft products.
