Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Speech Pathologist Level 3 to support the SNF Plus Pilot in Greater Newcastle with 8 hours per week. Based at Wallsend Campus, you will deliver home visits and telehealth, participate in weekly case reviews, and provide clinical consultation to a multidisciplinary team.
