Your opportunity: Lead and coordinate inclusive education programs - Manage the delivery of high-quality advice, support and targeted programs through the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program to meet the diverse needs of students with disability.
n
Provide expert guidance and reasonable adjustments - Support school leaders, teachers and staff to identify student needs, develop effective reasonable adjustments, and implement inclusive teaching and learning practices that promote positive outcomes.

Coordinate targeted intervention and case management - Lead intensive, targeted teaching and coordinate case management for students requiring substantial or extensive adjustments, ensuring individual needs are effectively identified, monitored and supported.

Strengthen professional collaboration and partnerships - Support staff to access specialist services, professional learning and external expertise, while building strong partnerships with families, government agencies and community organisations to enhance student support.

Drive effective systems, data and resource management - Contribute to school decision-making and strategic planning, implement systems to monitor student progress and disability adjustments, coordinate NCCD processes, and manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources effectively.
