Job Description
Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Kirrawee NSW. The role operates on a 4-week rotating roster totaling about 120 hours, with shifts early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. A driver's license and NDIS screening are required; personal care is a core duty.

You will mentor clients, promote independent living skills, assist with meal prep, medication, and record-keeping, and support community participation. Training and a team culture are provided.
