The Role
We're looking for an experienced Transport Operations Manager to take ownership of a large scale operation in Western Sydney. Working closely with the companies GM, you'll lead day to day performance across a fleet of 80+ trucks while driving structure, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end to end transport operations across a high volume, fast paced environment
Managing fleet performance, ensuring service levels and customer expectations are consistently met
Building structure, accountability, and capability across a diverse operations team
Supporting growth through new customer onboarding and operational transitions
Driving continuous improvement across processes,



systems, and ways of working
Managing budgets, forecasting, and overall operational performance
Ensuring strong safety, compliance, and risk management standards
Developing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Your Background
Proven leadership experience within transport, logistics, or fleet based operations
Experience managing large teams and complex, high volume operations
Strong track record of improving processes and driving operational performance
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
Confident stakeholder manager with a customer-first mindset
Solid understanding of transport safety, compliance, and risk
