What You'll Be Doing
n You will:
n
n
Deliver high‐quality group fitness classes (freestyle or Les Mills)
n
Start sessions on time and engage with participants before class
n
Provide safe, effective instruction and correct technique when needed
n
Deliver fun, inclusive and motivating workout experiences
n
Support participants with general fitness enquiries
n
Encourage safe training and adherence to class etiquette
n
Provide fitness‐related feedback and support participant goals
n
Maintain equipment, sound system and microphones
n
Keep group fitness spaces clean,
tidy and ready for classes
n
Report equipment or facility issues promptly
n
Contribute positively to team culture and development
n
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
n

What You'll Bring
n You're energetic, reliable and passionate about motivating others. Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
Certificate III in Health & Fitness (or equivalent – essential)
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification (essential)
n
Experience teaching group fitness classes (desirable)
n
Experience in the recreation or fitness industry (essential)
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Understanding of current fitness trends (desirable)
n
Availability across diverse days and times (essential)
n
National Police Clearance (essential)
n
Fitness Australia registration (desirable)
n
n
