Federation Fitness is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth across our gym locations in Recent South Wales. Reporting to Head Office, you will lead sales performance, optimize CRM usage (Clubfit) and ensure consistent processes and excellent member experience.
You will set targets, monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and work with gym managers to maximise conversion and revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role at our growing premium fitness brand.
