Alto Blacktown is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our high-performing and growing team. Key Responsibilities
Drive F&I; performance across a multi-franchise environment
Structure and maximise finance, insurance, and ancillary product penetration
Ensure regulatory compliance and lender requirements are consistently met
Build strong relationships with lenders and product partners
Contribute strategically to the continued growth of the dealership
About You
Proven experience in a Business Manager role (automotive essential)
Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance frameworks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-brand environment




Qualified presentation and exceptional stakeholder management skills
