Service Stream's Maintenance division are currently seeking a Civil Maintenance worker to join our growing company.

About the Role
n
Service Stream's Civil Sewer Division are currently seeking Civil Maintenance workers to join our team in Dandenong South to work on the South East Water Maintenance Contract.
n
The successful candidate will join the team and help deliver outcomes for South East Water, across the Sewer network.
n
The job offered is on a full-time basis and is a perfect opportunity for someone to join a team of experienced workers.
n
Gain and learn new skills working with a major service partner on a 5+5 year contract.
n
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Dandenong, VIC Reporting Line: Civil Operations Manager
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensuring all works are performed as directed in a safe and competent manner.
n
Carry out labour tasks/ field work unsupervised including planned and preventative maintenance on the Sewer network.
n
Undertake and participate in Confined Space Entry works, following all safety measures.
n
Carry out Repairs/locating and other works on Sewer Manholes, Digout and repair sewer pipes and mains by Hand or Mechanical Work on a Rotating Standby Roster.
n
Carry out over time to complete task and emergency works when needed including Weekend.
n

About you
n
n
Current Victorian Driver's License MR License or willingness to acquire.
n
White Card.
n




Desirable Tickets (Excavator operation, CSE, Working at Heights, First Aid Ticket & CPR).
n
Desirable Experience (Plumbing, Civil)
n
Operating or working around Excavators.
n
Excavation Experience (Trenches, Shafts, Deep Excavation).
n
Manual Labour/Physically fit.
n
