The Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Shaver Shop customer. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead from the front while bringing the team with them. A natural planner and organiser who can also adapt to changing environments -yes, you need to have it all!
n
A successful Store Manager will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store workplace that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

Skills & Experience
n
Previous management experience, preferably in retail
n
Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
n
Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
n
Experience in developing and coaching a team
n
Drive policies and procedures
n
Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant
n
Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
n
Implement promotional changes
n
Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
n
Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
n
Roster your team in line with store's trading profile
