Omnia Wheel designs, develops, and manufactures advanced omni-directional wheels for robotics, conveyor systems, and materials-handling equipment. Our technology is positioned to become a key enabler of mobility in the rapidly expanding automation, robotics, and medical sectors, while also offering a disruptive alternative to the traditional swivel castor wheel.
Although we remain a relatively small enterprise, our ambitions are substantial. We are experiencing sustained, year-on-year growth and are investing in automation, robotics, and state-of-the-art injection-moulding capabilities. Omnia Wheel is an export-focused organisation, supplying products to over 50 international markets and maintaining warehouse facilities in Australia and the United States, with some fulfilment handled via Amazon FBA.
To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee our supply chain and warehouse operations with professionalism, efficiency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the complete supply chain, from raw-material procurement to stock control across national and international warehouses, including Amazon FBA operations in the US and UK.
Maintaining accurate product and inventory data within the ERP platform (NetSuite experience advantageous).
Liaising with freight forwarders, obtaining quotations, coordinating shipments,
and resolving logistical issues for both domestic and international consignments.
Developing and implementing warehouse processes to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
Negotiating tenders and contracts for raw materials and components.
Coordinating workflow between the Sales, Manufacturing, and Fulfilment teams.
Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in a safe, secure, and well-organised condition.
Leading, motivating, and managing our warehouse team.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of five years' experience in supply chain or warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and robust general computer skills.
Proficiency with international shipping, trade agreements and documentation requirements
Demonstrated capability in staff management and leadership.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
