Program Performance Lead - Efficiency & Productivity

The Role
Work in a high performance team environment to ensure the organisations most significant transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable value.
Specifically, This Includes:
Partner with the business to identify and quantify value opportunities
Own the end to end transformation framework, driving consistency and transparency
Provide insights on risks and opportunities
Lead continuous improvement on the programs tracking tools and reporting processes
Develop KPI's, targets and performance measures
Reporting and forecasting to ELT
The Person
Degree in finance, economics or related discipline
5 + years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, business performance or consulting
Prior experience supporting transformation or business improvement initiatives
strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
