About the Role
Reporting to theGroupManager– Contractswithin our growing Group Projects team, this newly created rolehas responsibility formanagingcommercial activityrelated to adiverse portfolio of studies and major capital projects. Based in Brisbane,you'llpartner with project leaders, studymanagersand operational stakeholders to deliver commercial and contractual support across multiple concurrent projects.
This is a hands-on role that spans the full contractand projectlifecycle, from consultant and contractor engagement through to contract administration, governance, commercialsupportand stakeholder management.You'llsupport studies ranging from early-stage concepts through to significant development programs, while also contributing to major capital projects across the Evolution portfolio.Contracts youare responsible formay range in value from two thousand to two hundred million.

While the role carries substantial responsibility, itremainsdeliberately practical. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and administration of consultant,contractorand service agreements.
Providing pre-award and post-award contract management support across studies and projects.
Managing commercial governance processes to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
Supporting labour hire, consultantengagementand project mobilisation activities.
Building strong relationships with project and operational stakeholders.
Contributing to continuous improvement opportunities across contracts and commercial processes.
Supporting a portfolio of studies and projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
About You
You'rean experienced contract qualified who enjoys being hands-on and contributing directly to project outcomes.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage competingprioritiesand are trusted by stakeholders because of your commercial judgement, practicalapproachand willingness to get involved.You'recomfortable making decisions, building relationships and balancing governance requirements with the needs of project delivery.

You Most Likely Have:
Demonstrated experience in contracts administration, contract management or commercial roles supporting projects, studies,miningor operational environments.
Experience managing contracts across the full lifecycle,



including both pre-award and post-award activities.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted working relationships.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to make decisions independently.
Experience supporting consultant,contractoror professional services engagements.
A practical understanding of governance,complianceand commercial risk management.
Experience within mining, construction, engineering, infrastructure, projectservicesor a similarly project-focused environment.
A desire to remain hands-on while continuing to broaden your commercial and leadership capability.
Mining industry experience will be highlyregarded;however,we welcome applications from candidates with transferable project contracting experience from related industries.
