We are seeking an experienced
State Operations Manager – NSW & ACT
to lead and grow our team of psychologists and allied health clinicians across the
Workforce Australia and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)
markets
This is a
hands-on leadership role
with genuine ownership of your region. You'll lead and develop your team, build strong relationships with Employment Service Providers, drive operational performance and identify opportunities to grow our services across
NSW
and
ACT
.
The Role
As
State Operations Manager
, you will:
Lead, coach and develop
a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
Drive performance
against utilisation, quality and operational KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with Employment Service Providers.
Visit customer sites and identify opportunities
to grow referrals and services.
Oversee state revenue
, budgets, forecasting and workforce capacity.
Ensure high standards
of clinical quality, compliance and Participant experience.
Support
recruitment, onboarding, retention and clinician development.
Build
a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
Work closely with the CEO
and national leadership team to support continued growth.
About You




Are you a people-focused leader who thrives on

?
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded leader who enjoys being
close to their people, customers and business performance
.
You will ideally have:
Experience leading teams within
employment services, allied health, occupational rehabilitation, disability, healthcare or a related sector
.
Strong
people leadership
and performance management skills.
Experience managing operational and financial KPIs.
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A practical, solutions-focused approach.
An allied health qualification is
desirable but not essential
.
A current
unrestricted driver's licence
and willingness to travel across NSW & ACT.
