Makinson d'Apice Lawyers in Sydney is seeking a mid-level lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post admission to join the team. You will act for government agencies and corporates in relation to intentional torts, including false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault and defamation.

You should have a solid background in defence personal injury, ideally with government clients, and be immediately client-facing with the ability to manage both the client and the file.
