Job Description
Eastern Health is seeking a Grade 2 Pharmacist to manage electronic Medicines Management Systems across multiple sites. This full time fixed-term role supports the Pharmacy Informatics Officer and aims to optimise medication use within automated systems and controls.

Applicants should be registered with APHRA, experienced with health information systems, and comfortable working independently within an interprofessional team.
