This opportunity is ideal for someone with one to two years' experience as a Senior Accountant who is looking to further develop their leadership skills and progress towards a Supervisor role in the coming years.

The Opportunity
n
As a Senior Accountant within our Business Advisory team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting,



taxation and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
n
You will:
n
n
Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for a broad range of clients.
n
Provide business advisory support to SMEs, family groups and growing businesses.
n
Build and manage strong client relationships.
n
Identify tax planning and business improvement opportunities.
n
Mentor and support junior accountants.
n
Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex client matters.
n
Assist clients with cloud accounting solutions, including Xero.
n
Continue building your leadership capability as you progress towards a Supervisor or Manager position.
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Senior Accountant who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy solving problems.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Around one to two years' experience as a Senior Accountant within public practice.
n
CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion).
n
Robust taxation and compliance knowledge.
n
Experience using Xero and cloud accounting software.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to keep learning.
n
The ambition to build a long-term career in Business Advisory.
n
