Job Description
Kinetic IT in East Perth, WA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a 25-person ICT operations team and partner with the customer to ensure reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.

You will bridge the gap between the client and the team, drive operational excellence, manage incidents and escalations, and coach Team Leaders to meet SLAs and KPIs. This full-time role offers hybrid work options and a solid focus on development and collaboration with stakeholders.
