With its Oceania/Southeast Asia Regional Head Office located in Yatala, Queensland, Blygold Oceania has expanded across Australia with partners in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia-Northern Territory and Western Australia. Current Zealand also has a partner located in Auckland. New activities in Southeast Asia include Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Blygold Oceania/Queensland requires a Part Time Accounts/Administration Officer for an immediate start at our Head Office based in Yatala.
n
3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hours – 9.00am to 3.30pm.
n
Your role will include the following but not limited to:
n
General Accounting/Bookwork: Purchasing, Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, BAS, Budgets, preparing reports and financials as required.
n
Liaising with company accountants.
n
Liaising with Financial Controller from International office.
n
General data entry and record keeping.
n




Answering incoming telephone calls and emails.
n
Social Media Posts
n
Composing Newsletters
n
General ADHOC duties providing support to the Director and Operations Manager as required
n
To be considered for this position we are looking for someone with:
n
Proven experience in an accounts/bookkeeper role
n
Proven experience as an Administration Officer or similar roles
n
Experience using XERO and MS Office Suite (Outlook,Word & Excel) is a MUST
n
Experience using Social Media platforms eg. Facebook & Mailchimp
n
Experience in marketing and advertising, design work is highly desirable
n
Highly Effective Time Management Skills – A initiative-taker who can work unsupervised and prioritise work accordingly.
n
The ability to multitask across a range of different administration requirements.
n
The ability to manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy.
n
The ability to quickly grasp new concepts
