Job Description
The Law Society of NSW is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to undertake litigation on behalf of the Council in its regulatory functions. You will investigate queries and allegations about unqualified practice and advise on breaches, while exercising judgment and meeting deadlines in line with model litigant standards.
