Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere and we're bringing all the fun to Melbourne for the first time!

This role will commence training in our existing Varsity venues in Perth with relocation to Melbourne required before your November opening!
n

What will you do?
n
n
Lead from the front. Coach and mentor your team to deliver next level service, every shift.
n
Get behind the bar. Show the crew how it's done, Varsity managers work alongside their teams, not above them.
n
Own the vibe. Build a fun first culture that guests can feel the second they walk in.
n
Own the budget. Manage and hit your venue's budget revenue and EBITDA targets, labour spend and COGs all sit on your desk, not just your radar.
n
Turn numbers into decisions. Track performance against budget week to week, and adjust rosters, ordering and promotions to protect the margin.
n




Fly the flag. Be the loudest, proudest ambassador for the brand, venue presentation on point, guests coming back for more.

What will you bring?
n
n
Infectious energy and a genuine love of hospitality
n
Proven leadership experience in a bar, venue or entertainment setting
n
Required qualifications including your RSA and Approved Managers.
n
Confident owning a venue budget - P&L;, labour costs, COGs, and reading a variance report without breaking a sweat
n
Bowling, arcade or entertainment venue experience is a big bonus
n
Bonus points if you're pumped about being part of Varsity's first Melbourne launch
