General Manager – Performance and Workforce

Swimming WA is seeking an experienced leader to drive the development and delivery of performance and workforce strategies towards the Brisbane **** Games.

Drive and implement strategic and operational plans relating to the development of Performance Pathways, Coach Development, Officiating Development and Paralympic/Non-Paralympic Growth.
n
Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of high-quality programs and projects.
n
Manage a high-performing, engaged team of salaried and contracted staff within the Pathways Department.
n
Oversee the development and continuous improvement of programs, policies, processes and projects across the Pathways Department.
n
Operate confidently in a complex, rapid-paced environment whilst supporting the development and performance of the Western Australian swimming community.
