The Wembley Hotel in Western Australia is seeking a Venue Beer & Wine Specialist Manager to lead our bottleshop and craft beer and wine program across two venues. You will manage and develop the bottleshop team, coordinate tap rotations and wine lists, and work with breweries and suppliers to deliver an exciting, evolving drinks offering for guests.
