Drive sales growth and execute business development strategies
Manage and develop a team of approximately ***** employees
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Monitor branch performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management
Ensure high standards of operational efficiency, safety, and customer service
Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Essential
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations, branch management, or warehouse management within the food, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution industry
Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams of 10 or more employees
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to independently manage branch operations
Full Australian working rights
Current Australian driver's licence
Japanese and English bilingual skills
Highly Regarded
Business-level Japanese language skills
Experience within Japanese businesses
Solid customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Experience reporting to senior executives
Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice, hospitality, or wholesale market
Available for 5 days a week onsite
