Senior Project Engineer
to join our NSW team.
Initially based within our Precontracts function, this roleoffers the opportunity to play a key role in securing major infrastructureprojects across New South Wales while developing the technical and deliverystrategies that underpin successful tenders. Working closely with ProjectDirectors, Engineering Managers and Estimating teams, you will help shapemethodologies, construction staging, temporary works solutions, resourceplanning and project execution strategies for major civil infrastructureopportunities.
Following successful project award, you will transition intoa project-based
Senior Project Engineer
role, becoming an integralmember of the delivery team on either metropolitan or regional infrastructureprojects valued at $300M and beyond.

who wants exposure to both project pursuits and projectdelivery while building a long-term career with a growing contractor.
What You'll Do
Supportmajor infrastructure tenders by providing engineering, constructabilityand methodology expertise.
Developconstruction methodologies, staging plans and project delivery solutions.
Assistwith temporary works planning, site logistics and construction sequencingactivities.
Reviewdesign documentation and identify technical risks, opportunities anddelivery challenges.
Collaboratewith estimating,
commercial and engineering teams during tenderdevelopment.
Contributeto tender workshops, risk reviews and value engineering initiatives.
Supportclient presentations and tender submissions where required.
Assistin developing project programmes and delivery strategies.
Transitioninto project delivery following project award.
Provideengineering leadership and support during construction while drivingsafety, quality and programme outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor'sDegree in Civil Engineering.
Experienceworking on road, bridge, transport or major infrastructure projects.
Strongunderstanding of Design & Construct project environments.
Experiencedeveloping methodologies, construction staging plans and deliverysolutions.
Strongtechnical knowledge across civil construction and project engineeringdisciplines.
Excellentplanning, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Abilityto work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Strongcommunication and stakeholder engagement capability.
Aproactive attitude and desire to grow into future project leadershipopportunities.
