Lead an Exceptional Team at a Thriving Service!

Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.

We have 2 location available: North Ryde and Meadowbank.
n
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Before and after school care plus Vacation care. Block shifts are available.

About The Role
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Your Key Responsibilities
n
As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive,
enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Create a safe, inclusive space - Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
n
Stay organised and vigilant - Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
n
Empower your team - Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
n
Inspire young minds - Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
n
Live the values - Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
n
Build strong community ties - Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
To excel in this role, you will bring:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
n
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
n
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
n
Certification in Child Protection Training.
n
Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
n
A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
n
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
n
n
