Lyra Technology Group, operating All IT Services in Brookvale, Sydney, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver onsite and remote IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. The role splits time between office and client sites, offering work from home and project assignments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, install and maintain Windows environments, and mentor junior engineers. A current Australian driver license is required and the role is hybrid with 3–4 onsite days
