With a solid background in Employment Law, you're ready for a role that challenges and inspires. Ideally, you bring both advisory and litigation expertise to the table.

2 years of Post Admission Experience,

Your Future Responsibilities:
Being an advocate in industrial disputes, employment contract disputes, and skilled misconduct matters.
Appearing in the Fair Work Commission
Champion cases on discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair dismissal.
Advise on workplace conduct complaints, redundancy processes or negotiating with industrial organisations.
Work on significant WHS matters across the country.
Provide expert advice on pivotal issues like restraint of trade, confidentiality, and termination disputes.
