The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for its National Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading warehousing, distribution, and branch operations, directly developing branch managers, and leading the national rollout of a new WMS. Key responsibilities also include driving operational efficiency, improving DIFOT, and reducing reliance on contractors through enhanced workforce planning. The role demands a pragmatic, commercially minded leader with a customer-first approach, significant multi-site warehousing and distribution experience, and a proven track record in improving operational performance. The ideal candidate for the Head of Operations role at the company will have a background in a manufacturing, distribution, trade, or lean operating environment,



and will be adept at leading multi-shift operations. Robust commercial acumen, P&L; understanding, and a commitment to building a strong safety culture are essential.
