Legal Counsel | 5 - 10 yrs PQE | Commercial | Contract role
We currently have a great opportunity for a lawyer with commercial experience to join our teamand commence their career journey with LOD.
In this role, you'll work on assignment with the in‐house legal team of one of our clients, a national company that is very well known in its industry sector. Examples of the type of work you'll assist with will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing advertising and marketing materials, advising on consumer law matters and helping shape smart and practical outcomes.
In order to be suitable, you'll have:
approx. 5to 10 years relevant PQE;
in‐house legal experience and/or solid experience in advising on a broad range of commercial contracts from a law firm;
be keen to work in‐house in a dynamic and fast moving environment where your advice will directly influence business decisions;
excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
