Based in our Toowoomba office, we are offering theopportunity for Scheduling Officers to join our team. There is a possibility of further extension.

You will bring your experience to this role to ensure our staff continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes in the community.

About the role:
n
The overall purpose of the Scheduling Officer role is to ensure the delivery of services occurs in a planned way in line with the strategic intents of the business by means of scheduling of clients and staff within the Alayacare system,.
n
The role will when necessary be responsible for liaising with key Line Managers and other stakeholders, to clarify information, including daily changes that occur with clients and staff.
n
The role will require working with the Scheduling Lead in the first instance to ensure compliance with Scheduling processes and governance.
n
Prior scheduling experience in Procura or Alayacare is highly regarded but not mandatory.

Requirements:

Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check: o Current National Police Check OR o Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. NB: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory for Services/Facilities delivering services to NDIS clients. o Statutory Declaration if you have been a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than Australia after turning 16.

Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
